By booking any service with Samraj-Brown Events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, and ensure clarity in how we provide our services.
GENERAL

Samraj-Brown Events is a trading name under Samraj Brown Limited, registered in [Registered in England & Wales - 6362869].

All services provided by Samraj-Brown Events are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Consultation & Guidance Calls

Consultation calls (via phone, video, or in person) are guidance only. They are intended to provide advice, ideas, and reassurance, but no guarantee is made that suggestions will meet the client’s personal taste or expectations.

All consultation calls are non-refundable. The payment covers our time, expertise, and guidance, regardless of whether the client chooses to act on any advice provided.

Any outcomes, actions, or results following a consultation call remain the responsibility of the client. Samraj-Brown Events is not liable for how advice is used.
Event Planning Services

Our planning services may include sourcing, recommending, and liaising with suppliers. While we use trusted contacts where possible, we do not own or control these third-party suppliers.

Contracts, payments, and agreements with suppliers are made directly between the client and the supplier. Any complaints, disputes, or issues with suppliers must be addressed directly with the supplier.

Samraj-Brown Events is not liable for supplier performance, quality, or availability.

If required, we may assist in communicating with suppliers; however, responsibility for resolving disputes rests with the client.
On-the-Day Coordination

Where Samraj-Brown Events is engaged for on-the-day coordination, our responsibility is to oversee agreed logistics, timings, and schedules to the best of our ability.

We cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, supplier delays, guest behaviour, or unforeseen emergencies.

The client remains ultimately responsible for decisions on the day.
Payment & Refunds

Payments for all services (including consultation calls, planning services, and coordination) must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All consultation calls are strictly non-refundable.

For planning and coordination services, any cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, timely information relating to the event.

The client must ensure they have adequate insurance for their event, including public liability where required.

The client is responsible for ensuring suppliers are booked and paid as agreed.
Liability
Samraj-Brown Events will not be held liable for:

Failures, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party suppliers.

Losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guest or attendee actions during the event.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
Force Majeure
Samraj-Brown Events will not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, illness, or accidents.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, where Samraj-Brown Limited is registered.
For clients based outside of England and Wales, local laws of the host country may also apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions. By engaging our services, you agree that any disputes will primarily fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
